Text
Counties, county planning agencies and county water resources associations shall be authorized to provide technical assistance and planning grants to municipalities to assist in the preparation and revision of municipal storm water management plans and implementing ordinances pursuant to section 1 of this supplementary act. L.1981, c. 32, s. 7, eff. Feb. 12, 1981.
