§ 40:55D-103 — Manufactured homes on land with title in owner
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
A municipal agency may allow manufactured homes on land the title to which is owned by the manufactured home owner. L.1983, c. 386, s. 4, eff. Jan. 1, 1984, operative Dec. 22, 1983.
