Such a storm water management plan shall be an integral part of any master plan prepared by that municipality pursuant to section 19 of P.L.1975, c. 291 (C. 40:55D-28). Each municipality shall coordinate such plan with the appropriate soil conservation district established pursuant to chapter 24 of Title 4 of the Revised Statutes and with any storm water management plans prepared by any other municipality or any county, areawide agency or the State relating to the river basins located in that municipality. L.1981, c. 32, s. 2, eff. Feb. 12, 1981.
