§ 40:55D-92 — Construction
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
This act being necessary for the welfare of the State and its inhabitants shall be considered liberally to effect the purposes thereof. L.1975, c. 291, s. 79, eff. Aug. 1, 1976.
