7.Notwithstanding any provision of P.L.2008 c.78 (C.40:55D-136.1 et seq.) to the contrary, no approval, as defined therein, within the Peter J. Barnes III Wildlife Preserve shall be extended or tolled pursuant to the provisions of P.L.2008, c.78 (C.40:55D-136.1 et seq.). L.2009, c.132, s.7; amended 2021, c.195, s.7.
