Each regional board shall elect a chairman and a vice chairman from among its members, with a term of 1 year and eligibility for reelection, and select a secretary, who may or may not be a member or employee of the board, and may create and fill such other offices as it may determine. Each regional board shall adopt rules for the transaction of its business and keep a record of its resolutions, transactions, findings and determinations, which record shall be a public record. Each regional board shall be subject to the provisions of article 1 of this act relating to rules of procedures, meetings, hearings and notices. L.1975, c. 291, s. 67, eff. Aug. 1, 1976.
