§ 40:55D-163 — Construction of act relative to Burlington County municipalities.

27.
a.Except as provided otherwise pursuant to subsections b. and c. of this section, the provisions of P.L.2004, c.2 (C.40:55D-137 et al.) shall not apply or be construed to nullify any development transfer ordinance adopted by a municipality in Burlington County pursuant to P.L.1989, c.86 (C.40:55D-113 et al.) prior to the effective date of P.L.2004, c.2 (C.40:55D-137 et al.).
b.On or after the effective date of P.L.2004, c.2 (C.40:55D-137 et al.), any municipality in Burlington County may adopt a development transfer ordinance either pursuant to P.L.1989, c.86 (C.40:55D-113 et al.) or P.L.2004, c.2 (C.40:55D-137 et al.).
c.Any municipality in Burlington County may utilize a development transfer bank established by the municipality or county pursuant to P.L.2004, c.2 (C.40:55D-137 et
