§ 40:55D-14 — Effect of mailing notice
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
Any notice made by certified mail pursuant to sections 7.1 and 7.2 of this act shall be deemed complete upon mailing. L.1975, c. 291, s. 7.3, eff. Aug. 1, 1976.
