§ 40:55B-3 — Creation; official title
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
The governing body of each municipality is hereby authorized to create, by ordinance, a local industrial commission to be known as "the industrial commission of (here name of the municipality)" .
