§ 40:45-11 — Nomination for one office only

New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
No person shall accept nomination for more than one municipal office to be voted for at a regular municipal election to be held under this act. L.1981, c. 379, s. 7, eff. Jan. 1, 1982.
