Text
Nothing contained in this act shall invalidate any wards or ward boundaries existing in any municipality on the effective date of this act which were fixed and determined pursuant to any previous law, but the provisions of this act shall apply to and govern any municipality on and after the date on which any of the circumstances set forth in section 5 of this act shall occur therein. L.1981, c. 496, s. 10, eff. Jan. 12, 1982.
