There shall be printed on each official ballot to be used at such election, the following: If you favor the proposition printed below make a cross X, plus + or check / in the square, opposite the word "Yes." If you are opposed thereto make a cross X, plus + or check / in the square opposite the word "No." "Shall a supplement to "An act concerning county parks, playgrounds, and recreation Yes. places, and supplementing chapter 37 of Title 40 of the Revised Statutes' (P.L.1954, c. ) providing for the No. expenditure for current expenses of a sum of not in excess of 3/4 of a mill on each dollar of assessed valuation be adopted?" In any county in which voting machines are used, the question shall be placed upon the official ballots to be used upon the voting machines without the foregoing inst
