The question of the adoption or rejection of sections 40:37-12, 40:37-14 and 40:37-15 of the Revised Statutes shall not be submitted to the voters of any county within five years after the majority of the legal voters in any county shall have rejected the same. L.1939, c. 133, p. 456, s. 3.
