Text
Nothing herein contained shall repeal any existing law relating to the establishment of county parks or be construed to apply to any county which, prior to the date of the adoption of this act may have established a county park system or a county park commission under the provisions of any other law. L.1946, c. 276, p. 948, s. 25, eff. May 3, 1946.
