§ 40:37-95 — 10b. Submission of act to voters
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
The provisions of this act shall remain inoperative in any such county until submitted to and approved by the legal voters of the county as hereinafter provided. L.1966, c. 144, s. 2, eff. June 18, 1966.
