Text
Any court within the county having jurisdiction over proceedings for the violation of municipal ordinances in any municipality within the county, shall have jurisdiction in proceedings for the violation of the rules and regulations prescribed by the commission, which shall be enforceable in the same manner as ordinances of the municipality in which the proceeding is instituted. Amended by L.1953, c. 37, p. 650, s. 63, eff. March 19, 1953.
