Text
In any county of the second class in which county lands have been or may be developed or improved for use as a public park or public recreation place with funds made available by the federal government or any instrumentality thereof, the board of chosen freeholders may maintain, preserve, and care for such lands as a public park or parks or recreation place or recreation places and make annual appropriations therefor. Nothing in this article contained shall be construed to apply to any county of the second class, which has adopted the provisions of any other law for the establishment and maintenance of a county park commission.
