Text
The county clerk shall cause to be printed on the sample and official ballots to be used at such general election in the manner required by Title 19, Elections, the public question in relation to the establishment of a county park system or county park commission as determined upon and certified to him by the board of chosen freeholders. The county clerk or any other public official or board shall not be required to submit to the voters of the county any proposition for the establishment of a county park system or county park commission in and for the county except in the manner herein provided.
