In any county in which a park police pension or retirement fund shall have been established, pursuant to the provisions of section 40:37-157 of the Revised Statutes, the park commission may, by resolution, provide that no new members shall be admitted to said fund after a date specified in the resolution and thereafter no members shall be admitted thereto. L.1951, c. 324, p. 1159, s. 1.
