§ 40:33A-2 — Organization; chairman
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
The commission shall organize as soon as may be following appointment of its members, and annually thereafter, by election of a chairman from among its members. L.1968, c. 31, s. 2, eff. May 6, 1968.
