Text
The board of trustees shall organize annually and elect, from among its members, a president and vice-president. It shall also appoint a treasurer and secretary. The treasurer may be treasurer of one of the participating counties. All officers shall serve for 1 year and until their successors are elected. L.1962, c. 134, s. 6, eff. July 27, 1962.
