Text
Upon the establishment of a regional library, the terms of office of all members of any county library commission of any participating county shall terminate. The assets and obligations of any such commission and of the county library under its supervision shall devolve upon such county, unless otherwise provided in the regional library agreement. L.1962, c. 134, s. 14, eff. July 27, 1962.
