§ 40:32-15 — Resolution; title
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
Such acquisition shall be authorized by resolution of the board, and title to such lands and other property shall be taken in the name of the county. L.1951, c. 116, p. 525, s. 2, eff. May 29, 1951.
