§ 40:24-4 — Proceedings against persons violating resolutions

New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
Proceedings against any person violating any such resolution of the board of chosen freeholders shall be as in the case of disorderly persons. Amended by L.1953, c. 37, p. 643, s. 41, eff. March 19, 1953.
