Text
The governing body of any county or municipality may annually appropriate and distribute to any public, or private nonprofit, agency or organization funds to defray in whole or in part the expenses incurred by any such agency or organization in maintaining community action programs and in providing facilities and equipment therefor within said county or municipality, as the case may be. L.1975, c. 342, s. 2, eff. March 3, 1976.
