Text
The board of managers of the camp shall have charge of all matters relating to the government, discipline, contracts, and fiscal concerns of the camp, and shall make such rules and regulations as may be necessary for carrying out the purposes of the camp. L.1940, c. 24, s. 6, eff. March 30, 1940.
