Text
Members shall hold their offices for five years except that the first appointments shall be respectively for one, two, three, four and five years, which terms as to duration shall be in the order of appointments as made and indicated. Vacancies in such offices shall be filled for the unexpired term only. L.1940, c. 24, s. 3, eff. March 30, 1940.
