Text
The board of chosen freeholders or the governing body of a municipality entering into a contract pursuant to section 1 of this act is authorized to appropriate and pay to the New Jersey Highway Authority such sums as shall be called for under such contract. L.1966, c. 294, s. 2, eff. Nov. 29, 1966.
