§ 40:23-53 — Report
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
7.Within one year of the establishment of the system by the board of freeholders, the board of freeholders shall provide a report to the Governor and to the Legislature evaluating the effectiveness of the program. L.1991,c.265,s.7.
