Any building or structure owned by a county which is no longer required for county purposes and which must be razed or relocated to permit the construction or reconstruction of any bridge, road or other public improvement may be sold by the county for a nominal consideration to any municipality within the county for relocation and for the use thereof for municipal purposes. L.1971, c. 288, s. 1, eff. Aug. 19, 1971.
