Text

If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is found unconstitutional, the remainder of this act and the application of such provisions to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby, and to this end the provisions of this act are severable. L.1978, c. 159, s. 3, eff. Dec. 7, 1978.
