1.The Department of Community Affairs shall adopt by regulation a standardized form for a performance guarantee, maintenance guarantee and letter of credit required by an approving authority pursuant to section 41 of P.L.1975, c.291 (C.40:55D-53). L.1999,c.68,s.1.
