The word "landmark" may substitute, in any ordinance, resolution, determination or official action pursuant to the "Municipal Land Use Law" (C. 40:55D-1 et seq.) and this amendatory and supplementary act, for "historic," "historic preservation" and "historic site." L. 1985, c. 516, s. 26.
