In any county having a population of more than 200,000, which is governed by sections 40:37-96 to 40:37-174 of this Title, the board of chosen freeholders of the county shall appoint 5 persons a board of commissioners to be known as "the county park commission" (inserting name of county). Amended by L.1953, c. 37, p. 657, s. 79; L.1962, c. 116, s. 1, eff. July 17, 1962.
