Text
All expenses incident to the election, properly certified by the county judge or if there are two or more county judges by all or a majority of them, of the county shall be paid by the county wherein the election is held in the same manner as other election expenses therein are paid. Amended by L.1953, c. 37, p. 662, s. 92, eff. March 19, 1953.
