Text
When the board of chosen freeholders has determined to establish a camp for undernourished and underprivileged children of the county and has acquired a site therefor and has awarded contracts for the necessary buildings and improvements thereon, or has resolved to maintain, establish a camp for undernourished and underprivileged children of the county, as provided in this chapter, a commission or board shall be constituted and appointed. L.1940, c. 24, s. 1, eff. March 30, 1940.
