§ 4:9-32 — Representation on sale or delivery
New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
No person, copartnership, association, or corporation in connection with any sale, furnishing, or delivery of manure, shall represent the same as being unmanufactured horse manure if such manure is adulterated within the meaning of this act. L.1944, c. 43, p. 98, s. 4.
