§ 4:9-15 — 33a. Fertilizer regulation
New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
The department may adopt rules and regulations it may deem appropriate concerning the preparation, processing or distribution of seafood wastes to be used to fertilize or otherwise improve the chemical or physical characteristics of soil. L. 1986, c. 80, s. 1, eff. Aug. 6, 1986.
