Text
Applications for licenses shall be submitted to the State Chemist on forms furnished by his office and shall be accompanied by the appropriate fee. Upon approval by the State Board of Agriculture, a license shall be issued to the applicant. All licenses shall expire on June 30 of each year. L.1970, c. 66, s. 7.
