Text
Nothing in this act shall be construed as requiring the State Chemist or the Department of Agriculture to report a minor violation for prosecution or seizure proceedings when the State Chemist determines that the public interests will best be served by a suitable notice of warning in writing. L.1970, c. 66, s. 40.
