Text
For the purpose of determining the commercial values to be applied under section 25 of this act, the State Board of Agriculture shall determine and publish annually the values per pound of nitrogen, including water insoluble nitrogen, available phosphoric acid, soluble potash, and other plant nutrients as determined by the State board, in commercial fertilizers in this State. The values so determined and published shall be used in determining and assessing penalties. L.1970, c. 66, s. 26.
