§ 4:3-16 — Definitions
New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
The term "baby chick" as used in this act means any domestic fowl under the age of six weeks. The term "person" included also firms and corporations. L.1938, c. 82, p. 201, s. 5.
