Text
Any person marketing eggs to a retailer or institutional consumer shall furnish to such purchaser at the time of delivery of the eggs an invoice showing the date of sale, name and address of the seller, name of purchaser, quantity, grade and size-weight class of the eggs delivered. The invoice or a copy thereof shall be kept on file by the seller and the purchaser at their respective places of business for a period of at least 30 days. L.1965, c. 94, s. 5, eff. Jan. 1, 1966.
