The provisions of this act are severable, if any provision, or application of any provision, of this act or the act of which this act is amendatory and supplementary is held invalid by any court, the holding or judgment shall not affect the remaining provisions or applications of the provisions thereof. L.1972, c. 39, s. 5, approved May 25, 1972.
