§ 4:23-11 — Penalties to which article applies

The penalties hereinafter enumerated in this section shall be collected as provided by this article: a. For violations of or failure to comply with orders of the State Board of Agriculture, or its duly constituted agent, made pursuant to sections 4:5-1 and 4:5-2 of this Title and imposed by section 4:5-3 of this Title; b. For violations of section 4:5-16 of this Title and imposed by section 4:15-17 of this Title; c. For violations of any of the provisions of sections 4:5-18 to 4:5-74 of this Title and imposed by section 4:5-75 of this Title; d. For violations of any of the provisions of sections 4:5-94 to 4:5-105 of this Title and imposed by section 4:5-106 of this Title; e. For violations of or failure to comply with orders of the State Board of Agriculture, or its constituted agent, made pursuant to sections 4:7-1 and 4:7-2 of this Title, and imposed by section 4:7-3 of this Title; f. For violations of the provisions of any law whenever such law shall provide that the penalties imposed thereby shall be sued for in the manner provided by this article.
