§ 4:11-47 — Fines; jurisdiction; process; arrest

New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this act, upon being found guilty, shall pay a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first offense, nor less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the second offense, and not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for the third or subsequent offense; if unable to forthwith pay any fine the violator shall be committed to the county jail for a period not exceeding ninety days. Any fine shall be recovered in the manner specified in article 4 of chapter 1 of Title 51 of the Revised Statutes.
