Text
The action of the secretary in refusing to grant or in revoking a license shall be subject to review by the Superior Court in a proceeding in lieu of prerogative writ. Whenever any proceeding is taken to review the revocation of a license the license shall be deemed to be in force until the final determination of the proceeding, if the license fee has been paid, subject, however, to the order of the said court. Amended by L.1953, c. 5, p. 34, s. 23.
