§ 4:10-61 — Rules and regulations
New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
The board shall have power to establish general rules and regulations of uniform application to all marketing programs and marketing agreements. L.1971, c. 308, s. 19, eff. Sept. 2, 1971.
