4:10-1. As used in this chapter: "Department" means the department of agriculture. "Secretary" means the secretary of agriculture. "Farm products" means any agricultural, dairy, poultry or horticultural product, or any product designed for food purposes, manufactured, derived or prepared principally from any agricultural, dairy, poultry or horticultural product or products, including any fresh or salt water food product.
