Text
In making any findings pursuant to this act, the secretary shall base his findings upon the facts, testimony and evidence received at the public hearing together with any other relevant facts available to him from official publications or records of the department and other governmental agencies referred to at the hearing. L.1971, c. 308, s. 9, eff. Sept. 2, 1971.
